Welcome to Portage Dental Center

In 1981 a local team of dentists was committed to offering excellent dental care at affordable pricing to all people in their surrounding community. These same dentists discovered that the Portage County community and surrounding areas were in great need of sound, affordable dental care. It was at this time Portage Dental Center was established. These founding dentists, Dr. Ronald Freshley and Dr. Kenneth Sladky situated their dental center in the heart of Ravenna allowing convenient access for all residents to obtain affordable dental care. Most recently, Dr. David Schlosser, a dentist with over 25 years of experience, has joined these dentists to oversee that same commitment of excellent dental care at affordable prices.

Since that 1981 opening, many thousands of patients have received excellent dental care at family affordable prices. The Portage Dental Center now offers all dental services including orthodontics, Saturday appointments, same day emergency care, and accepts all major insurance companies.
